This map is located in the Northern Petrol Industries transportation hub. Terrorist groups have targeted this facility for years in an attempt to halt the U.S. economy through the unavailability of oil. It is the job of the terrorist to insure that all Counter Terrorists are dead and that at least one of the two key points in the hub have been destroyed.
